Acceptance
By accessing or using Nestcord, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the current community rules, and the applicable terms and policies of Discord, Steam and any other connected service you use. If you do not agree, do not use Nestcord.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age and account requirements of Discord, Steam and other connected services in your country. You are responsible for your accounts and for activity performed through them. Do not impersonate others, evade restrictions, share verification codes, submit an account you do not control or provide false information. Nestcord will never ask for your Discord or Steam password.
Community conduct
You must follow the current Nestcord rules and staff instructions. You may not use Nestcord to harass others, distribute unlawful or harmful material, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with services, automate abuse, manipulate events or balances, evade moderation, compromise accounts, or violate another person’s rights. Rules may differ between Discord channels, events and game modes; the instructions published for that space or event also apply.
Discord app and player features
The Nestcord app may manage roles, account verification, player access, commands, community prompts, events, tournaments, raffles, surveys, birthday features, virtual balances and other community services. Features may require accepted server rules, a verified Discord membership or a linked Steam account. Linking an account authorizes Nestcord to use the submitted identifiers for verification and eligible features as described in the Privacy Policy.
Virtual items and rewards
Nestcord coins, points, balances, raffle entries, bets, unlocks and other virtual rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for money unless a specific written promotion expressly says otherwise. They are limited, revocable permissions within Nestcord. We may correct errors, reverse fraudulent or duplicate transactions, or adjust systems to preserve fairness.
Events, promotions and user submissions
Additional terms announced for an event, tournament, raffle, survey or promotion form part of these terms. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Nestcord a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, display and distribute it as reasonably needed to operate or promote the feature or community space where you submitted it. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and that your submission does not violate law or another person’s rights.
Moderation and enforcement
Nestcord staff may remove content, restrict features, adjust roles, disqualify entries, reset affected virtual records, suspend access or ban accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or secure the services. Enforcement decisions may use available records and context. You may contact staff privately if you believe a decision was made in error.
Service availability and changes
Nestcord is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued, and data may occasionally be delayed, corrected or lost because of maintenance, outages, software defects or events outside our control. We do not promise continuous availability, compatibility, specific game-server capacity, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain free or unchanged.
Third-party services and independence
Nestcord depends on and links to third-party services such as Discord, Steam, YouTube and The Isle. Their services and content are controlled by their respective operators, and your use is governed by their terms. Nestcord is an independent community and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Valve, Steam, The Isle or the game’s developers or publishers.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nestcord and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, loss of data, loss of virtual items, or losses caused by third-party platforms, outages, user conduct or unauthorized account access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for securing your accounts and for the content and actions you submit through them.
Termination
You may stop using Nestcord at any time. We may suspend or end access when these terms or community rules are violated, when a connected platform requires it, when necessary for safety or security, or when a service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, enforcement records and limitations of liability—remain effective.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as features, rules or legal obligations change. Material revisions will be published here with a new effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms for later use.
